Deloar Hossain is a builder. He is the founder of MintflowAI — an AI product company — and has spent the last several years working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and how people learn. He is unreasonably enthusiastic about education technology, and believes the next decade belongs to learners who can ship, not learners who can recite.

Talimiq is the school he wishes had existed when he started. He has watched too many of Bangladesh's brightest students treat leaving the country as the only path to a serious technical career — and he doesn't believe that is the only path. So he is building it: a global-grade AI & Robotics academy priced in taka, taught in Bangla and English, mentor-reviewed, certified for export.

Outside Talimiq and MintflowAI, he runs Silent Story, a cinematography studio in Victoria, BC, where he makes documentary films for the construction industry. He brings a cinematographer's eye to everything Talimiq ships — from the scope of a six-week foundations course to the typography on a certificate — because a school's voice lives in everything it puts into the world, not only in the lessons.
