Refund policy
Every enrolled student is entitled to a full refund within seven (7) days of enrollment, provided fewer than 20% of lessons in the course have been marked complete.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via SSLCommerz. Bank-card refunds take 5–10 business days; mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically settle within 1–3 days.
To request a refund, email support@talimiq.com from the address you used to enroll, including your transaction ID. We confirm receipt within one business day.
For the Robotics Capstone and other hardware-inclusive courses, the hardware kit must be returned in unopened condition for the hardware portion to be refunded; the software portion is governed by the standard 7-day window above.
